Still in Montana,BIG sky country!

Headed to Yellowstone National Park! On July19th we arrive in Emigrant, Montana at the Yellowstone Edge Rv Pk along the Yellowstone River. Friendly owners and staff. Clean and they have a campfire each night with the ice cream social but at $44 per night, I'd like a pool. About 30 minutes to the North Gate of Yellowstone Park, the right is easy. For those who love to Kayak this park is perfect!  There is also a neat little town called Livingston 10 minutes down the road and the Yellowstone Inn and Spa nearby. This place also houses one of the 5 star restaurants in the area. The Park owners can give you more info on the other 5 star place to eat.
So here is where we met new friends from southern California. Robb and Gerri have a small winery. Very nice folks! Of course, if anyone loves dogs....especially a lab lover, then I automatically like them! :)
Rob and Gerri will be driving across country with some of their friends to meet us in the Florida Keys in March! Can't wait to show them around!
The day we drove to Yellowstone Park and explored, they watched our dogs for us! Thanks guys!
In '94 we saw the south east side of the park and this time we entered from the north. The Bison were not only a "tourist draw" but caused road blocks! These animals are quite frightening yet beautiful up close. But beware! They have maimed many a people that ignored the warning signs!
All in all a beautiful place and a must on the bucket list! Gerryowen, Montana at The 7th Ranch Rv Pk which was recommended by Robb. This camp neighbored the battlefield of Little Big Horn. The history and tour of the battlefields were very interesting! The campground was sparse of trees but clean. Next time we'll try and get a site hiher on the hill where the views are beautiful and the sunsets to die for! Becker and I climbed a hill and sat and gazed at the sunsets!
